Delivery

The Online Store delivers Goods worldwide. If you don’t see an applicable delivery method during the ordering process, please contact us at the e-mail address "shop@venrinn.com" or via the form available on the website. This may be particularly true for orders of larger quantities. We guarantee to make every effort to fulfill your order.

All Goods are brand new and carefully secured before shipment. All parcels should be checked and opened in the presence of the courier. If the shipment reaches you visibly damaged or incomplete, please ask the supplier to prepare a damage report.

All deliveries are shipped from Poland, which affects the price and delivery time. Shipments sent outside Poland may involve additional costs (such as customs duties) and extended delivery times. The Seller has no influence over nor is responsible for any delays or additional costs related to delivery.

The waiting time for delivery is not related to the Order processing time. We process (ship) all Orders within three business days of placing them, provided that the Goods are currently available and are not offered for pre-order. Pre-order fulfillment begins as specified in the offer, usually in advance so that the shipment can arrive around the release date.

NOTE: Due to changes in the rules regarding de minimis duties in the United States of America, there may be difficulties in shipping in this direction. Due to the dynamic nature of the situation, the Seller cannot provide any guarantees regarding the time or final cost of the Order. At the same time, we assure you that we will make every effort to fulfill all Orders placed in our store.
